Kasonic Inc is not responsible for any misuse or damage caused by incorrect installation of our products. If the item is damaged due to shipping, please notify us by phone or email. We will only accept replacements (no credit or cash refund). Merchandise returned within 15 days from the date of the items received will not incur a re-stocking fee. You may be responsible for a merchandise re-stocking charge of 15% if items are received within 16-30 days from the date of delivery, 50% within 31-60 days. Any items past 60 days from the date of purchase cannot be returned
* All items must be returned in original containers with the manufacturer's packaging, and in the same condition as they were received.
* Any items that have been bent, scratched, altered, or damaged thru wear & tear will not be acceptable for return.
* Bluetooth headsets, Charms, Screen protectors, Hands-free stereo headsets and other personal products can never be returned once opened.
* No merchandise can be returned without proof of purchase from our company.
