Do I need a Wholesale License to make a purchase?
Not necessary, If we ship to a New York State address you will need a NYS resell license. You must fax or email us a copy of your certificate to:1-888-668-8283 or [email protected]. Current laws do not require us to charge sales tax on out of state shipments. Therefore we do not need an out of state sales tax permit to be kept on file.
Minimum order amounts:
There is a $150.00 minimum for all USA orders. There is a $250.00 minimum for all International orders and non-Continental US customers.
Please Note that we only ship to USA and Canada at this time.
This is not including the cost for shipping. Shipping options are listed on the bottom of our check out page. Shipping charges will be adjusted higher to all Non-Continental US shipments
What are the procedures after I have placed my order:
1.) When we receive your order, we will send you an email confirmation. If you don't receive a confirmation email then your order process wasn't completed.
2.) You will then receive a second email from us once the order is shipped. This will have a UPS tracking number and a link to follow your shipment.
Back Order/Out of stock items - Please note that due to our large selection of products and fast overturn rate, it is sometimes not possible for us to fulfill 100% of the order. The missing items are either out of stock or in backorder/discontinued status. We will ship out whatever we have in stock and will ONLY charge on the products that we have shipped out. You will NOT be charged for the items that are out of stock or backorder/discontinued and the shipping cost will be adjusted accordingly.
Special/Custom Order Special or custom order requested by the customer will not be refundable or exchangeable unless product is damaged during transit. Order with special order status will be communicated to the customer for approval prior to processing.
Pre-Sale items - In order to provide the latest and the most trendy fashion products to our customers we sometimes offer presale items. These are the items that are still in the manufacturing stage but we will like to give our customers a chance to reserve them before they become available. Note: Please do not place an order with both presale and regular items in it as it will delay the delivery of the regular in stock items. For Presale item you will be charged only when we ship out the items. Product Condition - All products are examined and sold NEW to our customers. We work closely with our suppliers and warehouses to get the latest and newest product to you. Please note that the package box may be sometime distorted due to shipping conditions beyond our control.
Order Processing – Once your order is approved, we will ship out your order within 24 to 48 hours. Your shipping methods "Ground, 2nd Day, Next Day Air, International Priority, Canada/Puerto Rico" will apply after we have processed your order.
In Stock Status – We have synchronized our website with our inventory system therefore if an item is out of stock a popup window will appear notifying you of the status. You will not be able to add quantity of an item more than what we have on hand in order to ensure you will get what you have ordered.
Order Status - Order status are updated on an ongoing basis. Pending Approval means that the order has not been approved for processing yet. We will need to verify some information such credit card verification, shipping cost estimation, payment information, etc before we can approve the order. Pending Fulfillment means that we have sent your order to the warehouses for processing. Pending Bill means we have packed your order but we have not charged for it yet.
Pricing - All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Liability - canalstop.com will not be responsible or liable for any labor, or incidental or consequential damage of any kind as the result of the product usage. Buyer shall assume the responsibility for operating the product in a safe manner and acknowledge any product risk. In no event shall our liability exceed the cost of the goods.
International (Non-USA) Wholesale Customers please note: Buying from the USA to your country is considered as importing therefore your Government will impose import duties and taxes on your order. We do not charge this duties and taxes on your order therefore it is your responsibility to pay for these fees when the order arrives in your custom and excise department. Please contact your local custom office for more details regarding importing.
International (Non-USA) Retail Customers please note: there is no import duties and taxes on your order. we normally ship out as gift unless there is a special, wholesale order.
